SecurePass for call archives

Your old call recordings may still contain sensitive payment data.

New recording controls don't remove information captured in earlier calls. SecurePass removes sensitive details from existing call archives in bulk, while keeping the conversations useful for review and analysis.

10 million recordings processed in 12 hours for $15,000, compared with a $115,000 competing quote. A $100,000 difference on that project.

The archive problem

New controls don't clean old recordings

Your company may have upgraded its contact center, changed payment procedures or added better recording controls. The calls recorded before those changes can still be sitting in storage with payment or account information. SecurePass helps you address that existing archive.

New calls

Recorded under your current controls, such as pause-and-resume or a secure payment line.

Covered by the controls you have today
Stored calls

Recorded before those controls existed and still kept for quality, disputes or retention rules.

How it works

Keep the call. Remove the sensitive details.

SecurePass removes supported sensitive information, including spoken payment details and keypad entries, from stored recordings. The rest of the conversation remains available for review and analysis, with a matching transcript to help your team inspect the result.

An automated bill-pay line. Account number, card number, expiry, code and ZIP are all touch tones, and every one is silenced. On a single-channel line the whole card-entry stretch is also silenced as a safety net, so the prompts in that stretch go quiet too.

SecurePass is over 98% accurate on Autessa's own evaluation benchmarks across English and Spanish call recordings. On the PCI-specific benchmark, no PCI data leaked through redaction: not one full card number, expiration date or security code remained in the output. Your sample evaluation shows how it performs on your archive.

Recordings in your own bucket are read with a role you grant, and the results are written back to your bucket. Nothing needs to be uploaded or downloaded.
