What is Autessa?+
Autessa is AI infrastructure for the enterprise: one platform to build AI agents and apps, run them in production, and keep data and models in your control. It has three parts. You build on the Builder Platform, your apps run on the AI Native Runtime, and everything lives in the Autessa Private Cloud. Governance, agent evaluation, and an audit trail are included in every deployment rather than sold as separate products.
How is Autessa different from a SaaS tool or a chatbot?+
A SaaS product ships one generic system that everyone configures to fit. A chatbot answers questions but does not run your workflows. Autessa builds, runs, and governs AI agents and apps that are shaped to your workflow, and all of it runs in an environment you control.
How does Autessa keep our data secure?+
Each customer gets a private model trained only on their own data, and that data is never pooled with other customers or sent to uncontrolled third-party models. Everything runs inside a Private Cloud with per-tenant encryption, customer-held keys, role-based access control, and a full audit trail on every action. The platform is SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certified, and HIPAA and GDPR compliant.

Agents can work across every function, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and compliance, and HR. Each agent runs inside the policies you set, with human approval gates at the moments you choose.
Can Autessa connect to the systems we already use?+
Yes, through three paths. Prebuilt connectors cover modern tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, QuickBooks, and Zendesk. For older systems that only have a screen and no API, screen automation operates the interface the way a person would. Built-in scripting covers everything else, so legacy software is not a dead end.
