In one paragraph
What is Autessa Meetings?
Autessa Meetings is a meeting scheduler and online booking page for teams. You create booking links (meeting types) for a single host, for a round robin of several hosts, or for everyone together. Meetings reads your Google Calendar and Outlook calendars, applies your available hours, date changes, buffers and limits, and shows people only times that are truly open. They book in their own time zone with no account, the meeting lands on your calendar with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, and they can reschedule or cancel from their confirmation.
Two sides, one product
For your team
A console for booking links, calendars, availability schedules, bookings, people, website embed code and company settings.
For the people who book
Branded booking pages and personal pages, an email code when you want one, an instant confirmation and a private page to reschedule or cancel.
What makes it different
A scheduler that tells the truth about your time
Every scheduler shows open times. Autessa Meetings also shows you what it sees, refuses to guess when a calendar cannot be read, and protects public pages from people who would abuse them.
Times shown per day
Autessa Meetings can show only a set number of times per day, spread evenly or picked at random in a stable way, so your booking page never looks empty or capped.
✓ Every calendar was read. 7 busy blocks found.
Wednesday is fully blocked by an all-day event. Turn off “Check for conflicts” for that calendar if it shouldn’t block.
Calendar test and next available times
Autessa Meetings shows you the busy blocks it finds across your calendars this week and the next times each link offers, so you can fix availability before anyone books.

Email code verification
Autessa Meetings can ask people to confirm their email with a 6-digit code before a booking goes through, per link, to stop fake and mistyped bookings.
Prefill and the booked event
Autessa Meetings embeds accept prefilled names, emails, answers, theme and accent color, and tell your page when a booking happens without sharing who booked.
A background check runs every few minutes and retries anything that has not reached a calendar.
Double-booking protection
Autessa Meetings holds a time the moment someone books, confirms it on the calendar, retries on its own if the calendar is slow, and treats unreadable calendars as busy.
Every booking sends a calendar invite to the address someone typed, so Meetings limits how many one person can make.
Spam and abuse limits
Autessa Meetings stops spam bookings with limits per person, per day and per hour, a shortest-time-on-form check, a hidden honeypot field and an optional email code.
Team scheduling
Round robin, collective or just you: one link for every kind of meeting
Autessa Meetings includes round robin scheduling and collective scheduling. Choose the kind when you create a link, and the hosts, priority and organizer settings follow.
Just me
You meet with the person who books. Times come from your calendar.
One hostRound robin
One of several people takes it. Anyone free can be picked, so there are more times.

Everyone joins. Only times when all of them are free are offered.

How it works
How does Autessa Meetings find an open time?
Three inputs decide every time on the page: the calendars you check, the hours you set and the rules on the link.
Rules: 4 hr notice · 10 min break after · 4 meetings a day at most
Each time is free on every checked calendar, inside your hours, with the breaks and limits applied.

FAQ
Questions about Autessa Meetings
What is Autessa Meetings?
Autessa Meetings is scheduling software for teams. You create booking links, connect Google or Outlook calendars, set your hours, and people pick a real open time on a booking page you share or embed on your website. It includes round robin and collective links, a bookings list, spam limits and branding.
Does Autessa Meetings work out of the box?
Yes. Connect a calendar, set your hours and share your first link in minutes. Then shape it to how your company works: your own booking links, questions, schedules and rules, and your name, color and logo on every page.
Does Autessa Meetings do round robin scheduling?
Yes. A round robin link lists several hosts, offers every time any of them is free, and books one host who is free at that time. Hosts marked “Picked first” get bookings before the others when several are free.
Can several people join one booked meeting?
Yes. An “Everyone together” link is collective scheduling: it offers only times when every host is free, every host joins, and the meeting goes on the calendar of the host you choose as organizer. You can also let the person who books add up to 10 guests.
Which calendars does Autessa Meetings work with?
Autessa Meetings works with Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365) calendars. Each person can connect several accounts, choose which calendars block time, and pick one booking calendar that new meetings are added to.
Can I embed a booking page on my website?
Yes. One small script shows the booking page inside your page, as a popup from any link or button, or as a floating button. There is a plain iframe for builders that remove scripts, and step-by-step guides for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, HubSpot, Framer, React and Next.js.
How does Autessa Meetings prevent double bookings?
Autessa Meetings only offers times that are free on every calendar you check, holds a time the moment someone books, and confirms it on the calendar. If a calendar cannot be read, that person is treated as busy, and if the calendar changed mid-booking, the person is asked to pick another time.
Can people reschedule or cancel on their own?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a private “Reschedule or cancel” link. People pick a new time or cancel with an optional reason, and everyone on the invite gets the update. Hosts can also cancel from the console or copy the reschedule link to send. An Autessa agent can also call or email an invitee who canceled to find a new time, when you ask it to.
How does Autessa Meetings stop spam bookings?
Every booking sends a real calendar invite, so Autessa Meetings limits how many upcoming meetings one email can hold per link, bookings per person per day and bookings per hour. Forms filled faster than a person could, or with a hidden field filled in, get a fake confirmation, and any link can require a 6-digit email code.
Do the people who book need an account?
No. Invitees open the link, pick a time and enter their name and email. They see times in their own time zone and get a calendar invitation with the Google Meet or Teams link.
Can colleagues see my calendar events?
No. Only you see your calendars. Colleagues, the people who book and any website that embeds a booking page see only open times, never your events, who you meet or which calendars you connected.
