In one paragraph

What is Autessa Content Studio?

Content Studio is where a marketing team plans, writes and tracks every piece of content across every channel, with an AI writer that already knows the rules of each one.

Autessa Content Studio includes a content calendar (an editorial calendar) with month and week views and drag-and-drop scheduling, and a kanban content board from Idea to Published.

It includes campaign planning: campaigns with goals, audiences, dates, owners, live progress and a timeline of every post.

It includes an AI content writer that drafts, rewrites, repurposes, captions, brainstorms and researches in your brand voice, within each channel’s limits.

It includes multichannel content management: one piece, one version per channel, user-defined channels with rules, previews and a readiness checklist.

It includes an asset library of images, videos, files, text and links, and a record of every published URL.

No. 01Differentiators

What makes Content Studio different?

Most content calendars stop at the date. Most AI writers stop at the draft. Content Studio connects the plan, the channel’s rules and the writing, so every post fits before it goes out.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about Autessa Content Studio.

What is Autessa Content Studio?

Autessa Content Studio is a content marketing platform for planning, writing and tracking content across every channel. A team plans campaigns on a board and a content calendar, writes one version of each idea per channel, and uses an AI writing partner that follows each channel's rules and the brand voice.

Does Content Studio work out of the box?

Yes. A new workspace starts with a board, a content calendar and starter channels for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Blog and Newsletter, so a team can plan and write on day one. From there you shape it to how your team works in Autessa: your own channels and rules, templates, writing guidance and the brand voice the AI follows.

Does Content Studio have a content calendar?

Yes. Content Studio has a month and week content calendar of scheduled and published posts, with an Unscheduled tray. Drag an item onto a day to schedule it; it keeps its time of day or the channel's default posting time, and the calendar can be filtered by campaign and channel.

Can the AI writer follow my brand voice and character limits?

Yes. Every AI request includes your brand voice settings and the channel's rules: body, title and thread-part limits, hashtag and link rules, required call to action, structure template, writing guidance and example posts. The editor then checks the result against the same rules.

How does content repurposing work?

Open a piece or a version and choose Repurpose with AI, then pick the target channels. The AI writes one version per channel, each adapted to that channel's own format and limits. Nothing is saved until you pick the results you want; replaced text is kept in history.

How do I publish from Content Studio?

Every version has a ready-to-post kit. When it is ready, you copy the exact text, download its media, open the channel and post it, then mark it published with the live URL so the calendar and campaign stay accurate.

Which channels does Content Studio support?

Any channel you define. A new workspace starts with LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Blog and Newsletter, and the team can edit those or add others such as Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, a podcast or a partner newsletter, each with its own rules and preview style.

Will the AI make up statistics or quotes?

It is instructed not to. The AI only states facts, numbers and quotes from your brief, the files and links you attached, or its web research, and it cites sources. When a claim needs a number it does not have, it writes a placeholder like [add stat], which the readiness checklist flags.

Can the AI read files and links I attach?

Yes. The AI can read attached PDFs, Word and Excel files, text in images, text blocks and web links before it drafts. For a video it uses the title and the brief.

Who on my team can use Content Studio?

Everyone in your Autessa company can use Content Studio and sees the same campaigns, pieces, channels and library. Pieces have owners and versions have assignees, and the board has a Mine filter so each person sees their own work. When a version falls behind, an Autessa agent can call or email its assignee for you.

Does the AI run in the background?

No. Content Studio's AI only runs when someone clicks a button such as Draft from brief, Rewrite, Repurpose, Brainstorm or Research, and its text is applied only when they accept it.
