Writing and editing
In Content Studio every idea becomes one version per channel, written in an editor that counts against that channel's limits, previews the post and keeps every earlier draft.

What is writing and editing in Content Studio?
Writing in Content Studio starts from one idea and ends with a version for every channel. The editor counts against each channel’s limits, previews the post in the channel’s style, checks it against the channel’s rules and keeps every earlier draft, so the team writes faster without breaking anything.
One idea, a version per channel. In Content Studio a piece is one idea and each channel gets its own version with its own text, status, assignee and schedule; the piece's status rolls up from its least advanced version.
Content editor. Content Studio's content editor counts characters live against the channel's body, title and thread-part limits, and what you type is exactly what gets posted.
Channel previews. Content Studio previews each version in its channel's style (social post, thread, article, email, video or plain), with the channel color as the only branding.
Readiness checks. Content Studio checks every version against its channel's rules as you write, flagging text that is too long, missing titles, hashtags, links, calls to action, media and unfilled placeholders.
Revision history. Content Studio takes a snapshot of the text before every save and every AI apply, so any earlier draft of a version can be restored and nothing is lost.
