What it is

What is Autessa Recruit?

Autessa Recruit is a complete applicant tracking system (ATS) for teams that hire. It is one product with two connected halves: Recruit Admin, the console where admins, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers do the work, and a branded careers site where candidates find roles, apply and follow their application.

Everything a candidate does on the careers site shows up for your team at once, and everything your team does, from a stage move to a booked interview, is reflected on the candidate’s private status page.

For your team

Recruit Admin

Jobs, approvals, applicants, candidates, interviews, inbox, reports, team and settings.

For your candidates

Careers site

Open roles, job pages, the application form, a status page and interview booking.

What makes it different

An ATS that explains itself, respects candidates and keeps people in charge.

Every applicant tracking system has a pipeline. These are the parts of Autessa Recruit that hiring teams and candidates notice first.

Requisition approvalsAutessa Recruit includes a requisition approval workflow: nothing reaches the careers site until a recruiter or admin approves it, and every re-approval shows a line-by-line diff of what changed.Candidate status pageAutessa Recruit gives every applicant a private status page that shows their stage in plain words, upcoming interviews with join links, open booking invites and a way to withdraw.AI resume screeningAutessa Recruit includes AI resume screening: each application gets a 0 to 100 score, a recommendation, strengths, gaps and a requirement-by-requirement match with quoted evidence, and the AI never moves anyone.Job requirementsAutessa Recruit lets each job list weighted must-have and nice-to-have requirements, suggests them from the job description with AI, and checks every applicant against each one.AI grading controlsAutessa Recruit lets admins control AI screening: on or off, a Standard or Thorough model, a daily limit, company-wide and per-job guidance, on-demand re-grades and full history.Candidate self-schedulingAutessa Recruit includes candidate self-scheduling: private booking links offer only times when the organizer and every interviewer are free, under the booking rules you set.Interview scorecardsAutessa Recruit includes structured interview scorecards that stay blind: an interviewer sees colleagues’ feedback only after submitting their own, and AI scores are hidden from interviewers.Team recruiting inboxAutessa Recruit includes a team recruiting inbox: mail to a shared address like recruiting@ is sorted by AI into categories and priorities, matched to candidates and answered from the shared address.Guided setup and sample dataAutessa Recruit sets itself up in five guided steps, brand, admin, defaults, automations and optional sample data, and every step can be run again safely.
AI screening with evidenceFor your team

AI resume screening

Every application is read against the requirements you set. You see a 0 to 100 score, a recommendation, strengths, gaps and each requirement marked Met, Partly, Not met or Not shown, with the evidence it found. Instructions hidden in a resume are flagged. The AI never moves anyone, and interviewers never see its score.
  • Weighted must-haves and nice-to-haves
  • Standard or Thorough model, a daily limit and your guidance
  • Re-grade any time, with full history

Approvals that show the changeFor your team

Requisition approvals

Hiring managers submit jobs; recruiters approve and publish in one step, ask for changes with a note, or decline. When a job comes back, the review shows only what changed since the last approval, field by field. Nothing reaches the careers site unapproved.

FAQ

Questions hiring teams ask

Does Autessa have an applicant tracking system (ATS)?

Yes. Autessa Recruit is a full applicant tracking system. It covers job requisitions and approvals, a branded careers site, AI resume screening, a customizable hiring pipeline, interview scheduling and self-scheduling, blind scorecards, candidate email templates, a shared recruiting inbox, roles and reports.

Does Autessa Recruit include a careers site?

Yes. Every Recruit workspace includes a branded careers site with your name, logo, color and words. Candidates search and filter open roles, apply with a resume and screening questions, and get a private link to follow their application.

How does AI resume screening work in Autessa Recruit?

Recruit reads each resume and the applicant’s answers against the job’s requirements and gives a 0 to 100 score, a recommendation, strengths, gaps and a requirement-by-requirement match with evidence. The score is advice only. It never moves an application, and interviewers never see it.

Can candidates schedule their own interviews?

Yes. A recruiter sends a private booking link for an interview stage, and the candidate picks a time in their own time zone. Recruit only offers times when the organizer and every interviewer are free, and follows the stage’s buffer, notice and booking limits. An Autessa agent can also call or email a candidate to confirm an interview, on your team’s instructions.

Does Autessa Recruit have a requisition approval workflow?

Yes. Hiring managers write a job and submit it. A recruiter or admin approves and publishes it, requests changes with a note, or declines it. When a job comes back for approval again, the review shows exactly what changed since the last approval.

How do interview scorecards work?

Each interview stage has its own scorecard of rating and written questions. Every interviewer gives an overall rating, a recommendation and evidence. Scorecards stay blind: an interviewer sees colleagues’ scorecards only after submitting their own.

Who can see what in Autessa Recruit?

Access follows roles. Admins can do everything. Recruiters work every job and applicant. Hiring managers see their own jobs and applicants. Interviewers see the interviews they are on and fill in their own scorecards, without AI scores.

Which email and calendar providers does Recruit work with?

Recruit works with Gmail and Outlook for email and Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar for interviews. Each person connects their own account, and an admin can add shared recruiting accounts such as recruiting@.

Can candidates check their application status?

Yes. After applying, each candidate gets a private status link by email. It shows their stage in plain words, upcoming interviews with join links, any open booking invites and a button to withdraw. A lost link can be re-sent to the email they applied with.

Is Autessa Recruit an alternative to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable?

Teams evaluating those tools can use Autessa Recruit for the same core work: requisitions, a careers site, screening, a pipeline, interviews and candidate email. Recruit also runs on the same Autessa account as your other Autessa apps.

How long does it take to set up Autessa Recruit?

Setup is five guided steps: your brand, your admin access, the hiring defaults, the automations and optional sample data. Defaults include a ready pipeline, AI grading settings and candidate email templates, so you can post a first job right after.

Does Autessa Recruit work out of the box?

Yes. Recruit comes ready to hire with a careers site, a default pipeline, interview scorecards, AI grading and candidate email templates. From there you shape it in Autessa to how your company hires: your stages and candidate-facing wording, application fields and screening questions, grading guidance, templates, roles and your brand on the careers site.

Post your first job this afternoon.

Autessa Recruit is ready to use out of the box, with a pipeline, AI grading and candidate email templates in place. Make it yours with your brand, stages, questions and wording, and add sample data to try every screen first.
