Does Autessa Recruit support structured interviews?

Yes. Each job has an interview plan of ordered stages, and each stage has its own interviewers, scorecard questions with guidance, and booking rules.

Does Autessa Recruit schedule interviews on Google Calendar and Outlook?

Yes. Interviews are created on the organizer’s Google Calendar or Outlook calendar, with busy times checked for the organizer and every interviewer.

Can candidates book their own interview times in Autessa Recruit?

Yes. Send a private booking link and the candidate picks from open times in their own time zone. The interview is then added to the organizer’s calendar. An Autessa agent can also call or email a candidate to confirm an interview or follow up on an unused booking link, on your team’s instructions.

Does Autessa Recruit have interview scorecards?

Yes. Each interview stage has a scorecard of rating and written questions, and every interviewer gives an overall rating, a recommendation and evidence.

Can we record a hiring decision after each interview?

Yes. Record Advance, Hold or Reject with a reason. The reason is internal and never shown to the candidate.
