What is Autessa Meeting Reminders?
Autessa Meeting Reminders is a calendar reminder call service built into Autessa. You enter your phone number and link your calendars; Autessa keeps an eye on your upcoming meetings and books a phone call for each one, at the lead time you choose. When the call comes, a voice says “Your meeting title starts in N minutes.” It is a wake-up call style reminder for every meeting, not another notification.
It works out of the box, and every part of it is yours to shape in Autessa: what the call says, the voice that says it, when it rings and when it stays quiet. Each setup is personal, so only you see your calls.

Everyone on your team, no per-seat fees. Meeting Reminders is included with every Autessa account for unlimited users. You pay only for AI tasks and the reminder calls.
Your day, on one dial
Every meeting gets its own call. Every night stays quiet.
The dial shows the next 24 hours the way Meeting Reminders sees them: each timed meeting, the reminder call booked a few minutes before it, and your quiet hours. The 23:00 sync with Tokyo falls inside quiet hours, so it is logged as skipped instead of waking you.
- Calls booked at meeting start minus your lead time
- Quiet hours checked against the call time, with their own time zone
- All-day events never ring
- Meetings found inside the lead window are called right away

What makes it different
A reminder call service that is careful, open and yours
Most phone call reminder apps ring and forget. Meeting Reminders keeps a log, follows your calendar as it changes, explains itself, repairs itself and lets you change any part of it.
Follows every reschedule, cancels nothing by mistake
Moved meetings get a fresh call; removed meetings are cancelled with a reason. If a calendar cannot be read, no calls are cancelled.
See every call before it rings
Upcoming and History, with the exact call time, the organizer, the meeting link and the reason for any skip.
Your own reminder number
Every call comes from one dedicated number, so you can save it, trust it and let it through Do Not Disturb.
A voice that can answer “which meeting?”
The reminder is spoken first; if you talk back, a voice assistant repeats it in a sentence and wishes you luck.
Tells you when something is wrong, and fixes it
Plain-language problem notices and one Repair button that rebuilds only what is missing, keeping your number and history.
Open all the way down
Every setup is ordinary Autessa tools, a voice agent, a table and a scheduled job. Open any part and change it.

Meeting Reminders and the alternatives
Teams looking at phone call reminders usually also look at calendar add-ons, scheduling tools and built-in notifications. Here is how Meeting Reminders does the job next to each.
FAQ
Questions about meeting reminder calls
How can I get a phone call before my meetings?
Turn on Autessa Meeting Reminders, enter your phone number and link your Google or Outlook calendar. A few minutes before each timed meeting (3 by default, anywhere from 1 to 60), your phone rings from your own Autessa reminder number and a voice says which meeting is starting, for example “Your meeting Standup starts in 3 minutes.”
Does it work out of the box?
Yes. Enter your phone number, link a calendar and the next meeting rings your phone. Because every setup is made of ordinary Autessa parts, you can then make it yours: change what the call says and the voice that says it, set your own lead time and quiet hours, or script it from the command line.
How much does Autessa Meeting Reminders cost?
Meeting Reminders is included with every Autessa account, for unlimited users, with no per-seat fees. You pay only for AI tasks and the reminder calls.
Does Autessa Meeting Reminders send text messages?
Meeting Reminders places phone calls, because a ringing phone is much harder to miss than a notification. For texts, Autessa Phone and Texting can send them from your own numbers as part of your own tools and workflows.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Connect either or both to a single reminder setup, and for Google choose which of your calendars count. Only timed meetings ring your phone; all-day events are skipped.
Will it call me at night?
Not if you set quiet hours. Quiet hours are a daily window with their own time zone, such as 22:00 to 07:00, and a reminder that would land inside it is logged as skipped (Quiet hours) instead of placed. You can also pause every reminder with one button.
What happens if a meeting is moved or canceled?
The call list follows your calendar. A moved meeting gets a fresh reminder at its new time, and a meeting that disappears from your calendar has its scheduled call canceled, with the reason “Meeting no longer on the calendar.” If a calendar cannot be read during a scan, nothing is canceled, so an outage never silences a real meeting.
Can I skip a single reminder?
Yes. Open the calls log and set that meeting’s status to Cancelled. When its time comes, the call checks the status first and does not ring. Every other reminder carries on as normal.
What if I don’t answer?
The call ends and you see a missed call from your reminder number. Reminder calls are meant to be heard live, so they do not leave a voicemail; if an answering machine picks up, the call hangs up. If you want a backup, you can set up an Autessa agent to email you the meeting link or call again after a missed reminder.
Does it work when my computer is off?
Yes. Your calendars are scanned and calls are placed by Autessa, not by an app on your laptop, so the call comes to your phone whether your computer is asleep, closed or at home.
Can my teammates or my admin see my reminders?
No. A reminder setup is personal: only the person who created it can see or change its settings and calls log.
Can I change what the call says or how it sounds?
Yes. Each setup has its own voice agent and call tool that you can open from the setup page. Change the agent’s instructions or voice, or edit the scan and call scripts, and every future reminder follows your version.
100% customizable, code and all
Make Autessa Meeting Reminders fully your own.
Use it out of the box, then change anything. Ask Autobot, Autessa’s AI builder, for a new field, screen, report, workflow or agent and it builds it into your copy of the app. Or open the code and edit it yourself. Nothing is locked: the app, its data and its code are yours.
