The problem
Silent failures are the worst kind
A reminder service that quietly stops working is worse than none, because you rely on it. Calendar sign-ins expire and parts get removed by accident. Meeting Reminders surfaces problems on the page and fixes what it can with one click.
What you get
- A notice at the top of the setup lists anything that could stop reminders: “Some reminders may not go out until this is fixed.”
- Problems are written in plain language, such as a calendar that needs reconnecting.
- Repair checks every part: the calendar scan, the call and scheduling tools, the voice agent, the reminder line and its history.
- Only what is missing is rebuilt, using your current settings; nothing that works is removed.
- Your reminder number and your calls history stay the same.
- Upcoming meetings are scanned again right after, so their calls are booked.
- Repair tells you what it fixed, or that everything is already working.
How it works
How does problem notices and repair work?
- 1
Notice
If something is wrong, a warning appears at the top of your setup listing what could stop reminders.
- 2
Repair
Press Repair and confirm. Every part of the setup is checked.
- 3
Rebuild
Anything missing is rebuilt in place with your current settings.
- 4
Rescan
Your calendars are scanned straight away so upcoming meetings have calls booked.
- 5
Fix the rest
Anything that needs you, like reconnecting a calendar, stays in the notice until it is resolved.
Every option
What Repair checks
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Calendar scan | The recurring 30-minute scan job. |
| Call tool and scheduler | The tools that place calls and book them. |
| Voice agent | The reminder voice on your calls. |
| Reminder line | Your dedicated number, kept as it is. |
| History | Your reminders table and every past row, kept as they are. |
| Afterwards | An immediate calendar scan; if that cannot run, the next scheduled scan runs within 30 minutes. |

FAQ
Questions about problem notices and repair
Will Repair change my reminder number?
No. Repair rebuilds only what is missing and keeps your reminder line and its history.
When should I press Repair?
Whenever the setup shows a problem notice, or if a reminder you expected did not ring. If nothing needs fixing, it says so and changes nothing.
What can Repair not fix?
Things only you can do, like signing in again to a disconnected calendar. Those stay listed in the notice until resolved.
