Google Calendar and Outlook

Autessa Meeting Reminders works with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Link one or several calendars to a single reminder setup, choose which of your Google calendars count, and every timed meeting on them gets a phone call reminder. All-day events, like holidays and birthdays, are skipped automatically.

The problem

Your day lives in more than one calendar

Work in Outlook, a team rota in a shared Google calendar, a client’s invites in another. Reminders tied to one app miss the rest. Meeting Reminders reads every calendar you link, and treats the same meeting on two of them as one.

What you get

  • Link Google Calendar and Outlook calendars, in any mix, to one setup.
  • For Google, choose which of your calendars count, such as Work and Team rota but not Birthdays.
  • Only timed meetings ring your phone; all-day events are skipped.
  • A meeting that appears on two linked calendars is called once.
  • Calendars connect through Autessa connectors, the same Google and Microsoft sign-ins used across Autessa.
  • Add or remove calendars any time with Save calendars; at least one must stay linked.

How it works

How does google calendar and outlook work?

  1. 1

    Connect a calendar

In Calendars to watch, pick the Google Calendar or Outlook connections you have set up in Autessa.

  2. 2

    Choose calendars

For Google, tick the calendars that should ring your phone.

  3. 3

    Save

Create the setup, or press Save calendars on an existing one. The next scan picks up the change; press Refresh to scan now.

  4. 4

    Change it later

Add or remove calendars at any time. Remove all but one if you like; a setup always needs at least one.
