How it protects you
Privacy and control, by design
Personal by design
A setup belongs to the person who created it. Only the owner can see or change its settings, calendars and calls, in the app and the CLI. There is no sharing for reminder setups.
Only what a call needs
For each meeting the calls log keeps the title, meeting link, organizer email, start time, call time, status and reason. Nothing else from your calendar is stored by Meeting Reminders.
Calls go to one number
Reminder calls dial only the phone number you entered, from your setup’s own reminder number.
Your calendars, your sign-in
Calendars are read through your own Google and Microsoft calendar connections in Autessa. Disconnect one and its meetings stop ringing.
Visible and auditable
Every call, skip, failure and cancellation is a row with a status and a reason. Every part of the setup can be opened and inspected.
Clean removal
Delete everything removes the reminders table, tools and scan job and releases the reminder number.

FAQ
Security and privacy questions
Who can see my meeting reminders?
Only you. A reminder setup and its calls log are visible only to the person who created it, and there is no way to share them.
Does Meeting Reminders store my whole calendar?
No. It reads the next 24 hours of meetings on each scan and keeps only what it needs to call you: each meeting’s title, link, organizer email and times, plus the call status.
Where can I find Autessa’s security and compliance information?
At the Autessa Trust Center, trust.autessa.com, which covers how Autessa protects data across every product.
How do I stop and remove everything?
Delete the setup. That releases your reminder number and removes the reminders table, tools and recurring scan. To stop calls without removing anything, press Pause.
