The problem
Your calendar is personal
Meeting titles, organizers and links reveal a lot. A reminder tool should not become another place where your schedule is visible to colleagues. Meeting Reminders keeps it between you and your phone.
What you get
- Each setup is visible only to its owner, in the app and in the CLI.
- There is no sharing model for reminder setups.
- The calls log holds the meeting title, link, organizer and times needed to place the call.
- Calls go only to the phone number you entered.
- Deleting the setup removes its table and tools and releases the reminder number.
- Calendars are read through your own Google and Microsoft calendar connections in Autessa.

FAQ
Questions about private, personal setups
Can my manager see my meeting reminders?
No. Reminder setups are private to the person who created them.
What information does Meeting Reminders keep?
For each meeting it calls about: the title, the meeting link, the organizer’s email, the start time, the call time, the status and any reason. It is kept in your setup’s own table.
How do I remove my data?
Delete the setup. That removes its reminders table, tools and scan job and releases its reminder number.
