The problem
Reminder apps are closed boxes
When a reminder app does almost what you want, you are stuck. Meeting Reminders is open by design: want a 48-hour horizon, a different message or a different voice? Open the part that does it and change it.
What you get
- Reminders table: one row per meeting, with title, link, organizer, start, call time, status and reason.
- Calendar scan job: runs every 30 minutes; its on or off state mirrors Pause and Resume.
- Scan script: reads the next 24 hours, filters all-day events and quiet hours, and books calls.
- Fire script: runs at call time, re-checks the row and places the call or skips it.
- Phone call tool: places the call from your reminder number and speaks the reminder.
- Call scheduler tool: books the one-time job at meeting start minus lead time.
- Reminder voice agent: the voice on the call; edit its instructions or voice.
How it works
How does built from editable parts work?
- 1
Open Under the hood
At the bottom of your setup, every part is listed with a link.
- 2
Inspect
Open the table to see every row, the scheduled job to see when it runs, or a script to read its logic.
- 3
Change
Edit the scan script to change the horizon or filters, the call tool to tweak the message, or the agent to change the voice.
- 4
Stay safe
To stop reminders, pause the setup rather than deleting parts. If you do remove one, Repair rebuilds it.
Every option
The parts of a setup

| Scan orchestrator script | Discovers meetings and books calls. |
| Fire orchestrator script | Re-checks and places each booked call. |
| Phone call tool | Pinned to your reminder number; to-number and message passed at call time. |
| Call scheduler tool | Books the one-time reminder job. |
| Calendar list tools | One per linked calendar connection, reading its upcoming events. |
| Reminder voice agent | The voice and its instructions. |

AI on the call
How the voice assistant is involved
The only AI on the call is the reminder voice agent, and it is an ordinary Autessa agent: open it to read and edit its instructions or choose a different voice.

FAQ
Questions about built from editable parts
Can I change the 24-hour scan horizon?
Yes. The scan is an editable script; change its window and every future scan follows it.
Can I change what the call says?
Yes. The message is assembled by the scan script and spoken by the phone call tool; edit either to change the wording.
What if I delete one of the parts by mistake?
Press Repair. It rebuilds whatever is missing in place, with your current settings.
100% customizable, code and all
Make Autessa Meeting Reminders fully your own.
Use it out of the box, then change anything. Ask Autobot, Autessa’s AI builder, for a new field, screen, report, workflow or agent and it builds it into your copy of the app. Or open the code and edit it yourself. Nothing is locked: the app, its data and its code are yours.
