The problem
You should know before your phone rings
Most reminder tools are a black box: something may or may not buzz. When reminders arrive as phone calls, you want to see them coming, know why one did not ring, and change your mind about a single meeting. The calls log shows all of it.
What you get
- Upcoming lists Scheduled calls for meetings that have not started, soonest first.
- History lists everything else, newest first: Called, Quiet hours, Failed and Cancelled.
- Each row shows the meeting, when it starts and when the call is set to fire.
- Click a row for its details: meeting start, call time, organizer, the reason for any skip or failure, and the meeting link.
- Every call is a row in your reminders table, with Open table to edit it.
- Failed calls keep their error message, such as “Call failed: …”, so problems are visible.
- Refresh on the same card scans your calendars now and reloads the list.
How it works
How does calls log work?
- 1
Scans fill the log
Each scan adds one row per new meeting, Scheduled, or Quiet hours if the call would land in quiet hours.
- 2
Calls update it
When a call is placed, its row moves to Called; if it could not be placed, to Failed with the reason.
- 3
Changes update it
Meetings that vanish from your calendar are set to Cancelled with “Meeting no longer on the calendar.”
- 4
You can edit it
Open the table and set any Scheduled row to Cancelled to skip that call.
Every option
Statuses and details
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | A call is booked and will ring at its call time. |
| Called | The call was placed. |
| Quiet hours | The call would have landed in quiet hours, so it was not placed. |
| Failed | The call could not be placed; the reason is on the row. |
| Cancelled | You cancelled it, or the meeting left your calendar. |
| Details | Meeting starts, Call fires, Organizer, Reason, Meeting link, row number and Open table. |
| History length | The page shows the 30 most recent past calls; the full history stays in the table. |

FAQ
Questions about calls log
How do I see which reminder calls are coming?
Open Meeting Reminders. The Scheduled calls card lists Upcoming calls in time order, with the meeting and the exact call time.
Why did a meeting not ring?
Open its row in History. Its status and reason say why: Quiet hours, Cancelled (by you or because it left your calendar) or Failed with the error.
Where is the calls log stored?
In a reminders table that belongs to your setup. The setup page shows it; Open table takes you to the table itself, where you can sort, filter and edit rows.
