Your own reminder number

Every Autessa Meeting Reminders setup gets its own dedicated Autessa phone number, and every reminder call comes from it. Save it as a contact, give it its own ringtone or let it through Do Not Disturb, and a meeting reminder call is recognizable before you even pick up.

The problem

Unknown numbers get ignored

Most people no longer answer calls from numbers they do not know. A reminder service that calls from a different or shared number every time trains you to ignore it. A single, stable reminder line means the call that matters is the call you trust.

What you get

  • A dedicated Autessa number is provisioned for you the moment you create a setup.
  • The setup header always shows the pair: “We call +15551234567 from +15550100142.”
  • The number stays the same when you change your phone number, lead time, quiet hours or calendars.
  • Repair keeps the same number; only deleting the setup releases it.
  • Because it never changes, you can add it to your contacts and allow it through Do Not Disturb or Focus modes.
  • The number is used only for your reminder calls.

How it works

How does your own reminder number work?

  1. 1

    Create a setup

Enter the phone number to call and link a calendar. When you press Set up call reminders, a reminder number is provisioned for this setup.

  2. 2

    See it on the page

The setup header shows the number calls come from next to the number they go to.

  3. 3

    Save it on your phone

Add it to your contacts as “Meeting reminders” and, if you like, give it a distinct ringtone or allow it through Do Not Disturb.

  4. 4

Keep it as long as you like

Change any setting and the reminder number stays. Delete the setup and the number is released.

FAQ

Questions about your own reminder number

Do I need to buy a phone number?

No. Creating a reminder setup provisions a dedicated Autessa number for it automatically.

Will the number change?

Not while the setup exists. Changing your settings or running Repair keeps the same reminder number; deleting the setup releases it.

Can I let reminder calls through Do Not Disturb?

Yes, on your phone. Because the reminder number never changes, you can save it as a contact and allow it through Do Not Disturb or Focus, just like a favorite contact.
