The problem

Why interview scheduling matters

Scheduling a single panel can take a dozen emails. Recruiters juggle calendars, guess at busy times, and forget to send the candidate the right link or the panel the right notes.

The short answer

Autessa Recruit includes interview scheduling on Google Calendar and Outlook: busy times for the organizer and interviewers, automatic Meet links, and separate candidate and panel invites.

How it works

How interview scheduling works in Autessa Recruit

  1. Connect your calendar

Each person connects their own Google Calendar or Outlook calendar, so invites come from them and busy times are respected.

  2. Schedule from the application

Pick the stage, date and time. Recruit reads the organizer’s and interviewers’ calendars and shows who is busy.

  3. Set the details

A Google Meet link is added automatically, or enter an address, phone number or meeting link. Add notes for interviewers.

  4. Separate invites go out

The candidate and the interviewers get separate invites with the same meeting link; neither sees the other’s guest list.

  5. Reschedule or cancel

Move or cancel the interview and the calendar follows. If a calendar refuses a change, the interview shows “Needs attention” with a Retry.
