Integration questions
What does Autessa Recruit integrate with?
+
Recruit connects to Gmail and Outlook for email, Google Calendar and Outlook calendar for interviews, adds Google Meet links automatically, recognizes Zoom and Teams links, and publishes JobPosting data for job search features like Google for Jobs.
Does Recruit sync with Google Calendar?
+
Yes. Interviews are created on the organizer’s Google Calendar (or Outlook calendar), and Recruit reads busy times for the organizer and every interviewer before offering or picking times.
Can we use Zoom or Microsoft Teams?
+
Yes. Enter a Zoom or Teams link as the interview location and Recruit shows it to the candidate and the panel as a join link. Google Meet links are added automatically when you choose it.
Connect your calendar and go
Interviews go on your own calendar and invites come from you. Connect Google or Microsoft in a minute.

Make Autessa Recruit fully your own.
Use it out of the box, then change anything. Ask Autobot, Autessa’s AI builder, for a new field, screen, report, workflow or agent and it builds it into your copy of the app. Or open the code and edit it yourself. Nothing is locked: the app, its data and its code are yours.
