Set interview hours
Set weekly hours once for the job, give a stage its own hours if needed, add date exceptions, and draw one-off extra windows on a calendar.

Send a booking link
From the application, choose a stage and how long the link stays open. A private link goes out with the “Pick an interview time” email.

The candidate picks a time
They see open times in their own time zone, only when the organizer, the stage’s interviewers and anyone else you named are all free.

It lands on the calendar
Recruit confirms the time, creates the calendar event and emails a confirmation. If someone took the slot a moment earlier, the candidate is told and the link reopens.

Can candidates book their own interview times in Autessa Recruit?

Yes. Send a private booking link and the candidate picks from open times in their own time zone. The interview is then added to the organizer’s calendar. An Autessa agent can also call or email a candidate to confirm an interview or follow up on an unused booking link, on your team’s instructions.
How does Recruit avoid double-booking?

Times are offered only when the organizer and every interviewer are free, buffers and caps are applied, and if two candidates race for one slot, the second is told and their link reopens.
Can a candidate reschedule?

A candidate can cancel up to 24 hours before and pick a new time if the invitation is still open; inside 24 hours they reply to the interview email.
