Yes. Recruit assesses every application against the job’s requirements and gives a score, a recommendation, strengths, gaps and a requirement-by-requirement match with evidence.

Can Autessa Recruit suggest job requirements?

Yes. “Suggest from description” reads the job description and proposes requirements you can review, edit and add before saving.

Does Autessa Recruit support knockout questions?

Yes. Yes/no, choice and number questions can carry knockout rules, such as a required answer or a minimum number, and failing applicants are marked.

Can we turn off AI screening in Autessa Recruit?

Yes. An admin can turn automatic grading off. Applications then arrive without a score, and anyone with access can still ask for one.
