Search everyone
Candidates lists everyone who has ever applied, searchable by name, email, phone, tag or job, filterable by job, stage and whether they’re still in process.

Open the person
See every application they have made that you can access, with stage and AI score, plus their contact details and LinkedIn profile.

Consider them for a new job
Put them forward for any open job. A new application starts in New with their details and resume, and is assessed against the new job.

Honor their wishes
Turn on Do not contact to stop all contact, manual or automatic: every email, and every agent call or message. An admin can delete the candidate permanently for a deletion request.

Recruit’s roles decide what each person sees. Hiring managers are narrowed to their own jobs, interviewers to their own interviews.

Yes. Candidates lists everyone who has applied across every job, and you can put anyone forward for a new opening in one step.
How do we stop emailing a candidate?

Turn on Do not contact on their candidate page. Recruit then stops all contact with them, including automatic emails and agent calls.
Can we delete a candidate’s data on request?

Yes. An admin can delete a candidate permanently, which removes their applications, scores, interviews, scorecards, emails and activity. Ask your Autessa admin about stored resume files.
