Writing and editing
Readiness checks
Content Studio checks every version against its channel's rules as you write, flagging text that is too long, missing titles, hashtags, links, calls to action, media and unfilled placeholders.
The problem
Every channel has its own rules, and a post that breaks one of them gets cut off, rejected or quietly underperforms.
Readiness checks in Autessa Content Studio
A live checklist that tests each version against its channel: length, title, thread parts, hashtags, links, call to action, media count, video length and placeholders.
No. 01Step by step
How does it work, step by step?
- 1
Rules come from the channel
Each channel defines its limits and rules once, in Settings.
- 2
Checks run as you type
The Channel rules panel shows a live checklist with a pass, warning or failure for each rule.
- 3
Fix or go anyway
Failing checks are shown again when you schedule, but not enforced: the team decides.

| Hashtags | None allowed, required, or too many. |
| Links | Links do not work on this channel, or a link is required. |
| Call to action | End with a call to action (when required). |
| Media | Wrong kind, too few, too many, or a video that is too long. |

Straight answers about Autessa Content Studio.
What does the readiness checklist check?
Length, title, thread parts, hashtags, links, call to action, media kind and count, video length, and unfilled placeholders, all against the version’s channel.
Will it stop me from scheduling?
No. Failing checks are shown before you confirm, but the decision stays with the team.
Can I change the rules?
Yes. Edit the channel in Settings and every version on it is checked against the new rules.
