Content planning and calendar
Content board
Content Studio's content board shows every channel version as a card in its workflow column (Idea, Drafting, Writing, Scheduled, Published), with drag-and-drop moves and filters.
The problem
Content marketing work is spread across docs, spreadsheets and chat threads, so nobody can say at a glance what is still an idea, what is being written and what is ready to go out on which channel.

A kanban content board with Idea, Drafting, Writing, Scheduled and Published columns. Drag cards, filter by campaign, channel or assignee, and search the text.
No. 01Step by step
How does it work, step by step?
- 1
Every channel version is a card
A piece written for LinkedIn and X shows as two cards, each in the column of its own status: Idea, Drafting, Writing, Scheduled or Published.
- 2
Ideas sit in the first column
The Idea column lists ideas not yet started on any channel together with versions still at Idea, so the backlog and the pipeline live on one board.
- 3
Drag to move
Drag a card to another column, or use its Move to menu. Dragging an unstarted idea asks which channels it goes out on; moving to Scheduled asks for a date and time; moving to Published asks for the live link.
- 4
Filter to what matters
Filter by campaign, by channel and by assignee (Mine or Everyone), search titles and text, and show archived cards when you need them.

Content board: questions
Straight answers about Autessa Content Studio.
Is the Content Studio board a kanban board?
Yes. It is a kanban content board with five workflow columns, Idea, Drafting, Writing, Scheduled and Published, and every channel version is a card you can drag between them.
Why does one piece appear more than once?
Because each channel has its own version and status. A blog post can be published while its LinkedIn version is still being written, and the board shows both truthfully.
Can I see only my own work?
Yes. Set the assignee filter to Mine to see only the versions assigned to you.
What happens to archived content?
Archived cards leave the board but are not deleted. Turn on Show archived to see them, and restore any card to Drafting.
