The problem

Campaigns are where strategy meets the calendar. Without one view of the goal, the audience, the dates and how far the content has come, campaigns drift.

Campaign planning in Autessa Content Studio

Plan marketing campaigns with a goal, audience, dates, owner and color. See live progress, a day-by-day timeline of posts and the campaign's shared assets.

No. 01Step by step

How does it work, step by step?

  1. 1

    Create the campaign

Name, goal, description and audience; start and end dates; owner; status (Planning, Active, Done, Archived); and a color used across the app.

  2. 2

    Watch progress

A progress bar shows how many versions are at each status, from live counts.

  3. 3

    See the timeline

A day-by-day strip of the campaign’s dates with each scheduled or published version on its day. Click to open it.

  4. 4

    Fill it with pieces

Add a piece, or Brainstorm ideas for the campaign. Each piece lists its channel versions.

  5. 5

    Share the assets

Shared assets on a campaign, like the brand kit or the launch deck, are there for everyone writing for it.

Campaign planning: questions

Straight answers about Autessa Content Studio.

Can I plan a multichannel campaign in Content Studio?

Yes. A campaign holds pieces, each piece has a version per channel, and the campaign page shows progress across all of them plus a timeline of when each goes out.

How is campaign progress calculated?

From live counts of the campaign’s versions at each status, Idea through Published. It is never estimated.

Can a piece move to another campaign?

Yes. Change the campaign in the piece’s details; its versions and assets follow it.
