Meeting lengths
Autessa Meetings lets one booking link offer several meeting lengths, so people choose 15, 30 or 60 minutes on the same page. You can add any custom length from 5 to 480 minutes and pick which one is selected first.

The problem
One link per length clutters everything
When each length needs its own link, people get the wrong one and your personal page fills with near-duplicates. A single link with several lengths keeps one address and lets the person booking choose.
For the people who book
Lengths appear as buttons next to the meeting details. Switching length refreshes the open times for that length.

How does meeting lengths work in Autessa Meetings?

Choose lengths
Tap the lengths you offer in the “Length and place” section. Pick more than one to let people choose.

Type a number of minutes into “Other” and press Add.

Can people choose how long the meeting is?
Yes. When a link offers more than one length, the booking page shows each as a choice and the person picks one before choosing a time.
What is the longest meeting I can offer?
Custom lengths go up to 480 minutes, which is eight hours. The shortest is 5 minutes.
Do open times change with the length?
Yes. Meetings checks that the whole length fits inside your hours and is free on your calendars, so longer lengths may show fewer times.
