Google Calendar
Connect one or more Google accounts. Tick calendars to check for conflicts and pick one as the booking calendar.
Outlook (Microsoft 365) calendar
Connect Outlook accounts the same way. Expired sign-ins are flagged; Microsoft ends unused sign-ins after 90 days.
Google Meet
A Meet link is created for each booking and added to the invitation when the booking calendar is a Google calendar.
Microsoft Teams
A Teams link is created for each booking when the booking calendar is an Outlook calendar.

Invitations, updates and cancellations come from the calendar. Email codes are sent when a link asks for one.

Each time is free on every checked calendar, inside your hours, with the breaks and limits applied.

Does Autessa Meetings integrate with Zoom?
Yes. Choose “Somewhere else” and enter your Zoom room address, and it appears on the booking page and in every invite.
Can my website react when someone books?
Yes. Embedded booking pages send a booked event in the browser, so your site can thank the visitor, track the conversion or move to a next step.
