Google and Outlook calendar sync
Autessa Meetings connects to Google Calendar and Outlook calendars, checks every calendar you choose for conflicts, and adds new meetings to the one booking calendar you pick. Each person can connect several work and personal accounts.
🔒 Only you see your calendars. Colleagues and people who book never see your events.
The problem
Double bookings from the calendar you forgot
A scheduler that checks only your work calendar will happily book over a dentist appointment in your personal one. Meetings checks every calendar you tick, across accounts.
What you get
- Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365) accounts.
- Several accounts per person, work and personal.
- Per calendar: “Check for conflicts” and “New meetings go here”.
- Use a calendar connection you already have in Autessa, or sign in fresh.
- Expired sign-ins are flagged; until you reconnect you show as busy, never double booked.
- Only you see your calendars. Colleagues and invitees see only open times.

FAQ
Questions about google and Outlook calendar sync
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365) calendars. You can connect several accounts and choose calendars within each.
Can I check my personal calendar too?
Yes. Connect it and tick “Check for conflicts”; its events block time without being shown to anyone.
What happens if a calendar sign-in expires?
Meetings flags it and treats you as busy for that calendar until you reconnect, so nobody books over a meeting it cannot see.
