The problem

One set of hours does not fit every meeting

Customer calls might suit mornings while internal reviews suit afternoons. Separate schedules let each link use the hours that fit, without changing your calendar.

What you get

  • Weekly hours with several ranges per day, in 15-minute steps.
  • Copy one day’s hours to every weekday.
  • Each schedule has its own time zone.
  • Make any schedule your default; links using “each host’s default hours” use it.
  • See each schedule’s weekly hours total and how many links use it.
  • Deleting a schedule that links use is blocked until you pick other hours.
  • Admins can edit anyone’s schedule.
