Times shown per day
Autessa Meetings can show only a set number of times each day, spread evenly across the day or picked at random in a stable way. Your booking page never looks wide open, and it never looks obviously capped either.
The problem
A wide-open calendar sends the wrong signal
A page showing every half hour for a month can look like nobody books you, and it scatters meetings across your day. Showing a few well-spread times looks considered and keeps meetings grouped.
For the people who book
The person booking simply sees a handful of good times each day, consistently, however often they reload.
What you get
- Choose how many times to show per day, up to 48.
- By default the shown times are spread evenly from the first to the last open time.
- “Pick the times at random” shows a different mix each day, with some days showing a few less.
- Random picks are stable: a reload, or another visitor, sees the same times.
- When one time is booked, the others stay put.

Why show fewer times?
A few well-chosen times look considered, guide people to good slots and keep your meetings grouped instead of scattered.
Will people see different times when they reload?
No. Random picks are stable for each link and day, so a reload or another visitor sees the same times.
Does it hide availability forever?
No. It only limits how many open times show per day; the rest stay open in your calendar.
