The problem

Booking pages that make people work

Cluttered pages, sign-in walls and times in the wrong zone lose bookings. The Meetings page keeps to three things: what the meeting is, which days are open and which times are free.

For the people who book

Everything on this page is the invitee’s experience: real availability, their own time zone, an instant invite, and easy changes later.

What you get

  • Details column: brand, host or hosts, title, lengths, location, time zone and description.
  • Month calendar with highlighted open days, and a “View next month” shortcut.
  • Time list for the selected day, then a short form.
  • Full keyboard support: arrows move by day and week, Page Up and Page Down by month.
  • Works on any screen size and follows the visitor’s light or dark setting.
  • Clear messages when a time was just taken or a calendar is briefly unavailable.
  • A simple landing page lets visitors type the name from their link.
