Autessa Meetings lets each link choose what happens right after someone books: show your own thank-you message on the confirmation screen, or send people to a page on your website. Redirects show a short countdown that people can stop.

The problem
A dead end after the booking
The moment after booking is when people are most engaged. A thank-you message can set expectations, and a redirect can take them to onboarding, a resource or your own thank-you page.
For the people who book
People see “You’re booked” with the meeting details, then your message or a countdown to your page.
What you get
- Thank-you message up to 1,000 characters, shown on the confirmation screen.
- Redirect to any https web address after booking.
- A visible countdown with “Continue now” and “Stay here”.
- The confirmation still lists the time, time zone, location and the reschedule or cancel link.

Write a thank-you message
In “After booking”, add a message like “Thanks! You’ll get a calendar invite in a minute.”

Enter a full address starting with https:// in “Send people to a page instead”.

Someone books
They see “You’re booked”, the meeting details and your message.

The redirect runs
With a redirect, the page counts down and opens your address, unless they choose to stay.

Questions about thank-you message and redirect
Can I send people to my own thank-you page?
Yes. Add an https address in “Send people to a page instead” and people are taken there after booking, with a short countdown.
Can I customize the confirmation message?
Yes. Each link can have its own thank-you message of up to 1,000 characters.
Is the redirect required?
No. Both the message and the redirect are optional.
