Public, unlisted and turned-off links

Every Autessa Meetings booking link is Public, Unlisted or Turned off. Public links appear on each host’s personal page, unlisted links work only for people you send them to, and turned-off links take no bookings until you turn them back on.

The problem

Not every meeting should be on display

Some meetings are for everyone, like an intro call. Others, like a customer escalation slot, should only reach people you choose. Visibility controls who can find and book each link.

What you get

  • Public: listed on each host’s personal page, and anyone with the link can book.
  • Unlisted: not listed on personal pages; only people with the link can book.
  • Turned off: nobody can book and the page shows “not found”.
  • Archive a link to remove its booking page; meetings already booked stay on the calendar.
  • Hosts can leave a shared link and stop being offered for new bookings.
