Booking links
Autessa Meetings booking links are meeting types: each one describes one kind of meeting, like a 30-minute intro or a product demo, and lives at its own short web address. Share the address anywhere and people pick from times that are really open.

The problem
Email back-and-forth wastes days
Finding a time by email takes several messages, and every offered time can go stale while you wait for a reply. A booking link replaces the thread with a page that always shows live times, so the other person picks one and both calendars update.
For the people who book
The person booking sees the link title, the host or hosts, the lengths, the location, the description and a calendar of open days, all in the link’s accent color.
What you get
- Every link has a title, a short address you choose, an optional description and a color.
- The address is suggested from the title as you type, and you can change it.
- Each link carries its own hosts, lengths, location, hours, rules and questions.
- Links are listed in the console for the whole company, filterable by Everyone, Mine and I host.
- Each link has a detail page with the share address, next open times, upcoming bookings and embed code.
- The link’s color is the accent on its booking page, so links are easy to tell apart.

FAQ
Questions about booking links
What is a booking link?
A booking link is one kind of meeting with its own web address. People open it, pick an open time and book, and the meeting is added to the host’s calendar.
How many booking links can I have?
You can create as many links as you need, for example one for intros, one for demos and one for support calls, each with its own rules.
Can my teammates see my links?
Yes. Everyone in your company can see every link in the console, which makes it easy to share the right one. Only the owner and Meetings admins can edit it.
Can I change a link’s address later?
Yes, but anyone holding the old address will no longer reach the page, so update places where you shared it.
