Autessa Meetings includes round robin scheduling: one booking link for several hosts that offers every time any of them is free and books one host who is free at the chosen time. Hosts marked “Picked first” get bookings before the others when several are free.

The problem
One person’s calendar limits the whole team
Sharing one rep’s link means fewer times and an overloaded rep. Round robin pools the team’s availability, so people see more times and the meeting goes to someone who is free.
For the people who book
The person booking sees one page with more open times. Hosts’ names show unless the link hides them.

Can I balance meetings across the team?
Use “Most meetings per day” to cap how many meetings each host takes from the link, and Picked first to favor certain hosts.
Can I hide which rep the person will meet?
Yes. Turn off “Show hosts’ names on the booking page” and only the link title shows.
