Guests and attendee privacy

Autessa Meetings can let the person who books invite up to 10 guests by email, who get the same calendar invitation. You can also hide the guest list in the invite and choose whether host names show on the booking page.

The problem

The decision maker was not on the invite

People often want a colleague on the call, and forwarding invites breaks updates. Guests added at booking get the real invitation and every change after it.

For the people who book

“Add another guest” appears under the questions, with a note that guests get the same calendar invitation.

What you get

  • Turn on “Let people add guests” per link.
  • Choose the most guests per booking, from 1 to 10.
  • Guest addresses are checked, deduplicated and exclude the booker’s own email.
  • Hide the guest list so the booker cannot see other attendees’ emails.
  • Show or hide hosts’ names on team links.
