Team scheduling · Autessa Meetings
Everyone together (collective)
Autessa Meetings “Everyone together” links are collective scheduling: they offer only times when every host is free, and every host joins the meeting. You choose whose calendar the meeting goes on, and the others are invited.
The problem
Coordinating several calendars at once
Panel interviews, kickoffs and joint demos need several people at once, and finding that time by hand means checking everyone’s calendar. A collective link does the matching and offers only times that work for everyone.
For the people who book
The person booking sees one set of times that already works for every host.
What you get
- Two or more hosts who all join.
- Only times when every host is free are offered.
