No voiceprints
Each utterance gets a score. No profile of anyone’s voice is built or stored.
Answers never reach the model
Words, passphrases and codes go straight to the check, hidden in history, never logged.
Codes through the keypad
On calls, authenticator codes are typed, so the AI never hears the digits.
Passphrases can’t be read back
Stored only in a form that can be checked, so nobody, including Autessa, can look one up.
Spoof-proof identity
A caller is matched to a member only when the carrier verified the caller ID.
Lockouts can’t be weaponized
Wrong-answer lockouts apply to the conversation, never to a member’s account.
30-day retention
Alerts, scores and verification records are deleted after 30 days.
Counts, not copies
Unusual-request history is kept as counts and summaries per person.
Protected checks
Duress, lockouts, secret leaks, failed checks and Verify before use can’t be removed by exceptions.

Does the firewall store voiceprints?
