The problem it solves

Website traffic and product usage live in different tools

Marketing watches a web analytics tool; product watches another; nobody sees that the company that signed up on Tuesday has three people building in the app by Friday. Autessa Analytics reports the app beside the website, from the same events, with companies as a first-class view.

What you get

  • Active users (people with an email) and active companies in the range.
  • Sessions with the median session length.
  • New signups and “things built”: apps, agents, tools and tables created.
  • Daily active users and daily active companies on one chart.
  • Most used features with users and sessions; milestones with times and people.
  • Latest ten sessions with person, company, start, length, pages and replay.

How it works

How does product usage overview work?

  1. Your app sends events

Pageviews with a route pattern, the company in use, and milestone events such as sign-up and “app created”.

  2. Users and companies are counted

Autessa Analytics counts identified users and distinct companies per day and for the range.

  3. Pages become features

Each route rolls up into a named feature, so usage reads as “Agents” or “Drive”, not a list of URLs.

  4. Drill in

Tiles open Companies, People and Session replays already filtered to the app.

Questions about product usage overview

Does Autessa Analytics do product analytics?

Yes. Besides website analytics, it reports on your signed-in app: active users and companies, sessions, signups, things built, feature usage, milestones and sessions.

What are milestones?

Key events your app sends, such as signed up, company created, app created or agent published. They are counted by times, people and companies.

Can I see usage by company?

Yes. Active companies is a headline metric, and the Companies report has a page for each company.
