Questions about invoices, signatures, meetings and agents
Can an Autobot send an invoice?
Yes. The Customer Bot creates and sends invoices with Autessa Payments and checks who has paid. Sending waits for your approval. Once you approve, an Autessa agent can also call or email the customer to chase an unpaid invoice.
Can it send documents for signature?
It finds documents out for signature, their status, signing links and signed copies. Sending a new envelope stays in the Document Signing app.
Can it recap meetings?
Yes. The Meetings Bot recaps recorded meetings, lists action items and can put them in a table.
