Connected apps

Autobots use the services your workspace connected, Gmail, Outlook, calendars, Slack, Notion, Box, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and social accounts, directly.

  • Connect a service once. Your workspace connects Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot and others from Connectors.
  • Choose apps per Autobot. Setup offers the connected apps that fit its job; others fold under “other connected apps.”
  • It uses them directly. Through each service’s own connection, not by signing in with a browser.

MCP servers

Give an Autobot your company’s MCP servers, each as its own tool. Setup picks the ones that fit its job; add or remove any, or allow all, including new ones.

  • Add MCP servers to your company. Your company’s MCP servers become available to Autobots.
  • Setup picks the ones that fit. From what each server says it does, matched to the Autobot’s job. It says so, so you know to check.
  • Adjust the list. Add or remove any, choose None, or All, including new ones.
  • Each server is its own tool. The Autobot calls them directly while it works.

Tables, data and dashboards

A Data Bot creates AutessaDB tables, fills them with realistic sample data, cleans them, answers questions with queries and charts the results.

  • Describe the data. “Create a table to track our customers, with a few sample rows.”
  • It builds and fills the table. In AutessaDB, including realistic sample data if you want it.
  • Ask questions. It answers with queries, and cleans up the data when asked.
  • Chart it and keep it. A chart or dashboard opens beside the reply; save it as an app.

Invoices, signatures, meetings and agents

Autobots send invoices with Autessa Payments, check who has paid, track documents out for signature, recap meetings and build agents and tools.

  • Ask across products. “Which invoices are still unpaid?” or “which documents are waiting on a signature?”
  • It reads the real records. From Autessa Payments, Document Signing, Meeting Recorder and your agents.
  • It drafts the follow-up. Reminders, recaps, action-item rows; anything outgoing waits for approval.
