Hand-offs between Autobots

Autobots know about each other. What one cannot do, it asks the one that can: your Meetings Bot asks your Data Bot to put action items in a table.

  • Ask one Autobot. For example, your Meetings Bot.
  • It notices what it can’t do. Putting action items in a table is the Data Bot’s job.
  • It asks the one that can. Autobots know about each other.
  • You get one answer. The recap and the rows, in the chat you started.

Set up in a minute

A friendly robot walks you through it: pick something to hand off, choose its apps and MCP servers, name it and start. Nothing exists until you press Start.

  • Meet the robot. “Hi! I’m your Autobot. I don’t just answer questions, I get things done for you in Autessa.”
  • Pick something to hand off. A starter request, an existing Autobot, or “Something else: pick a job.”

Autobots shared with you or your whole company appear in your list, owned ones first. Each person keeps their own chats; only the owner changes the Autobot.
