Say “every Friday at 4pm” and the Autobot schedules it in your time zone. Each run replies in the chat, with an optional fresh browser every time.

  • Say when. “Every Friday at 4pm, email me a reminder to send my weekly update.”
  • It schedules it in your time zone. Times you mention are in your time zone, never a question.
  • It says what it will do. Before turning a job on.
  • Each run replies in the chat. Marked as that scheduled run, and listed in Updates.

Updates, email and Slack

New replies from scheduled runs collect in Updates with unread badges and a pop-up, and can reach you by email or as a Slack direct message.

  • A scheduled run replies. In its own chat, marked with the run’s name.
  • You see it in Updates. One row per chat with a new reply, newest first.
  • A badge and a pop-up. Unread counts on the Autobot and in the sidebar, kept current while you work.
  • Or by email and Slack. Turn on email or a Slack direct message per Autobot.

Mobile app and voice

Chat with your Autobots in the Autessa mobile app, talk to them in voice mode, ask through Siri and share anything into a chat from other apps.

  • Open Chat in the Autessa app. Your recent chats with your Autobots and agents.
  • Type or talk. Tap the mic for voice mode and talk with the Autobot.
  • Ask through Siri. “Ask <agent>” opens the chat with your question, sent once.
  • Share into a chat. Share from another app; the composer is pre-filled.
