What protects your community

AreaHow it works
AccessOnly people in your Autessa company can sign in, with their existing accounts. No public signup, no approval queue.
First adminThe first person to open the hub becomes its admin; every other person joins as a member.
RolesAdmin, moderator and member, plus community moderators. Moderators see only the moderation desk in the admin console.
BlockingA blocked member can read but cannot post, comment, vote or send messages. Blocks carry a reason and are logged.
Admin-only notesMember notes are visible only in the admin console.
Message moderationA reported message is reviewed with its conversation; removing it hides it from every recipient.
Removed contentRemoved posts and comments are hidden from members, kept for moderators, and can be restored.
Moderation logEvery moderator action is recorded with actor, action, target and reason.
Wiki historyEvery wiki edit is a numbered revision with its editor; restores create a new revision, so history is never rewritten.
Locked pagesOfficial pages can be locked so only moderators can edit them.
AttachmentsFiles are fetched through short-lived links as needed, rather than published at permanent public addresses.
AI-drawn imagesMeme Studio checks and cleans AI-drawn scenes before display, so no scripts or outside content are included.
AI searchThe assistant reports only items its searches returned and is instructed never to invent posts or pages.
