Access control

Partner and consultant access

When an Autessa partner, such as an agency or consultant, asks to work with your company, you choose three separate things: whether they see your usage, whether they see your spending, and whether their team works inside your company as Consultants. Nothing is shared until you accept, and you can change or remove a partner at any time.

The problem

What problem does it solve?

Outside builders often get handed an admin login “just for the project” and keep it for years. Partner access should be explicit, scoped and easy to take back.

How it works

  1. 1

    A partner asks

A request card appears on Company → Partners, and a banner on the Team page links to it.

  2. 2

    Choose what they get

See your usage starts on; See your spending and Work inside your company start off. Change any of them before you accept.

  3. 3

    Accept or decline

Accepted partners appear under Your partners; declined or removed ones under Past partners.

  4. 4

    Change or remove

Turning off Work inside your company, or removing the partner, takes their team’s access away.

FAQ

Partner and consultant access: questions

Can a partner see my data by default?

No. Only See your usage is selected to start, and nothing is shared until your company accepts. Working inside your company is a separate switch.

How do I remove a partner’s access?

Turn off Work inside your company, or remove the partner on Company → Partners. Their team loses access.

Use it out of the box, then change anything. Ask Autobot, Autessa’s AI builder, for a new field, screen, report, workflow or agent and it builds it into your copy of the app. Or open the code and edit it yourself. Nothing is locked: the app, its data and its code are yours.
