Why session review matters in a coding interview

The hiring debrief happens days later. Interviewers need to see exactly what the candidate wrote, not reconstruct it from memory or a screenshot.

// how it works

How does session review work?

  1. Open Review

    From the live room or the sessions list, open the session’s review.

  2. Go question by question

    Each question shows its title, an optional prompt view, its interviewer notes and the final code.

  3. See every language used

    The final code shows for the main language, plus any other language the candidate wrote code in.

  4. Check the facts

    Status, created, opened by candidate, submitted, link closed, languages and who created the session.
