Its own browser
Record browser workflows
Autessa Autobots record browser workflows from your clicks or from what you ask in chat, and save them by name to run again, for example as a test.
Record everything that happens in the Autobot’s browser, your clicks or its own steps, and save it by name as a workflow you can run again.
The problem it solves
Why it matters
The tasks people repeat most, downloading a report, checking a portal, running through sign-up, are rarely written down and never automated, because writing a script for them is a developer job.
How it works
How record browser workflows works, step by step
- 1
Start recording
Choose Record a workflow. Recording can open the browser on a start address. - 2
Do it, or ask for it
Click and type in the browser yourself, or ask the Autobot in chat; both become steps. - 3
Name it and stop
Give it a name, like “Login test”. Saving it adds it to Workflows. - 4
Run it again
Run any saved workflow from the list, by you or by an Autobot on a schedule.
Options and settings
Every option, in one place
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Recorded steps | Clicks, typing, keys, scrolling and the pauses between them. |
| Name | Required before saving; the how-to document gets the same name. |
| Workflows list | Yours, including ones recorded in Autodocs; rename or delete any. |
| Run | Replays in an Autobot’s browser, with live progress on the preview. |
| Stop a run | Ends it where it is; the result says so. |
Roles and permissions
Who can do what?
| Who | What they can do |
|---|---|
| The person who recorded it | Owns the workflow: run, rename, delete. |

How the Autobot helps
Asking the Autobot to do the task while recording is often the fastest way to make a workflow: it does the steps, and they are captured as it goes.
FAQ
Questions about record browser workflows
How do I record a browser workflow with an AI assistant?
Choose Record a workflow in the browser panel, do the task yourself or ask the Autobot to, then name it and stop. It is saved to Workflows to run again.
Can a recorded workflow be used as a test?
Yes. Saved workflows replay step by step with a result for each step, which makes them a simple automated test for a sign-up or login flow.
Do I need to write code?
No. You record by doing, and replay with a click or a sentence.
