Keyword search

Autessa Community search covers posts and every wiki at once. Type a word or phrase and it searches the whole phrase first, then each distinctive word and its singular form, merges the results, and shows wiki hits first as compact rows, then posts.

The problem

Exact-match search misses half the answers

Search for onboarding checklists and a page called Onboarding checklist does not match. Expanding the query into its words and singular forms catches what a literal search would miss, without needing an AI call for every query.

What you get

  • One search box for posts and the wiki.
  • Phrase first, then distinctive words (common filler words skipped), then singular forms.
  • Each variant pages on its own and results merge by id, so nothing is counted twice.
  • Wiki hits appear first as compact rows labelled with their wiki.
  • Nothing contains that text when there is truly no match.
  • The AI search assistant is one link away for plain-language questions.

Does search include the wiki?

Yes. One search covers posts and every wiki, with wiki pages shown first.

Does it handle plurals?
