Sales pipeline · Autessa CRM
Deal pipeline
Autessa CRM includes sales pipeline management: deals grouped by stage, each with sub-stage, company, contact, next step, ARR, MRR, TCV, one-time fees, close date, forecast, age, health and owner. Four pipelines ship ready: New Business, Delivery, Partner and Distributor.
The problem
Pipelines that show where deals are, but not what to do
Most pipeline views stop at a stage name and an amount. Autessa CRM puts the next step, health and age beside every deal, filters to the ones at risk or without a next step, and keeps money in the right shape for recurring revenue.
What you get
- New Business stages: Contact, Lead (Unqualified, Qualified), Meeting (Scheduled, Conducted, Rescheduled, Cancelled), Proposal (Preparing, Approved to send, Sent), Compete to Win, Contract, Closed Won, Closed Lost, Deferred.
- Delivery: Implementation, Maintenance, Completed. Partner and Distributor: Prospect, Intro, Evaluating, Agreement, Onboarding, Active, Inactive, Not a fit.
- Stage groups you can drag into your own order, or reset with Process order or Closed first.
- Filters: At risk, Watch, Moved back, Next step due, No next step, plus tag chips; Mine or Team.
- Edit close date, forecast and owner right in the grid.
- Deal drawer: money, forecast, health with reason, age in stage, next step and its log, campaign, tags, people with roles, competitors, partners, contract, meetings, story and the spine.
- New deal: company (or new), deal name, stage, contact (or new person), one-time, MRR, term, came from, partners, next step. Press N anywhere.

Questions about deal pipeline
Does Autessa CRM have a sales pipeline?
Yes. Deals are grouped by stage and sub-stage with money, close date, health and next step, across New Business, Delivery, Partner and Distributor pipelines.
Is there a kanban board?
On desktop the pipeline is a grouped table, one group per stage, so you can sort, filter and edit in place. On a phone you see stages and then deal cards.
Does it handle recurring revenue?
Yes. Deals carry MRR, ARR, term, TCV and one-time fees separately.
