Sales pipeline · Autessa CRM
Forecasting
Autessa CRM forecasts by close month with three tiles, Commit, Best case and Total pipeline, and a meter of commit and best case against dated, forecastable pipeline. Every deal left out of the forecast says why, and every deal in it is there because its stage counts.
The problem
Weighted forecasts hide the decisions
Multiplying amounts by stage percentages produces a number nobody owns. Autessa CRM asks reps to call each deal pipeline, best case, commit or omitted, and shows managers exactly which deals make up each number.
What you get
- Grouped by close month, then No close date, then Not in the forecast, each with its reason.
- Commit; Best case shown as commit plus upside; Total pipeline.
- A meter: commit and best case versus dated, forecastable pipeline.
- Category per deal: Pipeline, Best case, Commit, Omitted, edited in the grid.
- Which stages and sub-stages count is configured, not guessed.
- Partner and distributor deals are kept out of the sales forecast.

FAQ
Questions about forecasting
Does Autessa CRM have sales forecasting?
Yes, by close month with Commit, Best case and Total pipeline.
How does the forecast decide what counts?
Each deal has a forecast category set by its owner, and stages decide whether a deal counts, so the number reflects what your team actually commits to.
