Email and calendar logging
Autessa CRM logs email automatically: link your Gmail or Outlook once and, every ten minutes, every email with your contacts is recorded as a touch, from personal mailboxes and shared ones like sales@ and info@. Calendar meetings can be logged too, and each contact shows its live email threads, read on demand and never stored.
The problem
If it is not logged, it did not happen
Reps forget to log emails, so the CRM never knows who talked to whom, and every report built on it is wrong. Autessa CRM reads the headers of the mail you already send and receive and records the touch for you, without changing anything in your mailbox.
