The problem

Every sales process is a little different

Your stages, loss reasons and partner types are not the vendor’s. Autessa CRM makes them settings: managers adjust the process, administrators run the workspace, and nothing is deleted from history when you change your mind.

What you get

  • Sales Rep: edits rows they own and unowned rows, never deletes or reassigns. Sales Manager: edits anything, deletes, reassigns, changes shared configuration. Administrator: everything. Read Only: no changes.
  • Search (Cmd/Ctrl+K) over contacts, companies, deals and notes, with Related (semantic) results for longer queries.
  • Shortcuts: N for new deal, / for search on Today, j/k to move, x or Space to select, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+C to copy a link, Ctrl/Cmd+J for Jarvis.
  • Vocabularies: type, source, contact role, loss and backward reasons, objections, signals, meetings, documents, security review, redlines, contract and billing types, procurement, partner and distributor types.
  • Workspace: name, staff email domains, currency, fiscal year start, time zone.
  • Automations: job health, run now, schedules, triggers and mailboxes.
  • Display: compact or comfortable density, small, default or large text, following you between browsers.
  • Setup: workspace, defaults, administrator, connect, automations, integrations, finish; re-run any time.
